Is Speak Out an AI tutor that can talk about any topic?
Another way to ask:Can my child ask Speak Out arbitrary questions?
The direct answer
Current Speak Out activities use prepared learning situations. It is not an open-ended AI teacher for arbitrary topics. Released interactions and the longer-term vision for personalised education are described separately.
How to think about it
Ask concrete questions when choosing: are topics set by the course, how can the child respond, and what modelling or replay is available? These reveal the activity’s fit more clearly than an AI label. Prepared interactions have a defined scope and do not imply general question answering.
Something to try
- Check the store description and free access.
- Try an existing situation and inspect its prompts and response scope.
- If you need open conversation, verify that capability and its conditions in the tool being considered.
Scope and limits
We do not describe speech-related features as a general intelligent teacher or claim a complete adaptive system is currently available.
Page language does not establish app interface language. Check your regional store for languages, prices and availability.
